Can someone point out at a 'regular' TMB Layout without the master volume on the TMB channel?

That kind of depends! Our TMB has a Gain and Volume control. Some people call the Volume a Master volume (we did 10 yers ago) but We never did one without both controls. You could drop the volume control and use gain as the volume.
