Sorry for the newb question - will the TC-15 fit in an 18 watt combo cab? Stock head cab?

Yes, Cutout is the same.

Just make sure the depth for a head is 6-5/8" and combo, is same as 18 watt - 6-1/8"

Chassis is 6.5" D & 6" d respectively.
