Do you want a lot of extra reverb like a Fender or just enough? We have used the foldback reverb design and it worked pretty well. Just not as muc lush reverb like a Fender.

Well, foldback reverb sounds perfect to me:) ..I have the schematic of the Cheiftain Reverb and was wondering if that would work in the spitfire?

thanks..

The challenge is inserting the signal back into the mix and not affecting the tone. We did the Foldback on a 15 so I'm pretty confident it would work on the Spitfire. You just wont get a lot of reverb.

Did ya ever try this? How does it sound?

Lack of reverb is holding me back at this point - I'm a certified reverb-o-holic. Wish I could find the Lightning Reverb schematic . . .

Yes I tried it and it was OK. You had to turn the vol up t oget a noticeable amount of reverb. Overall, I would say that it is acceptable but dont expect too much from it.
