What are these 2 o-rings for?
The diameters are about the size of an el84. I thought they might go over the retainers, but no, they start to melt. Should they go between the socket and the chassis maybe?

I've been grooving on my build for a couple of months now and I'm curious on what to do with these.

Thanks.

I guess it's not mentioned in the manual. In the BOM is says "SILICON EF86 "O" RINGS " . They are for the EF86 if you find it microphonic. They are made of Silicon and shouldnt be melting. I have put the same material on a rectifier with no problems.
