Hi All,

I have a tc15 on the way and was thinking about putting a fan on the outside of the amp to keep everything a bit cooler.
Where I live gets very hot and I have seen a few Australian makers using fans to prolong tube life.

What do you think?

Good or bad idea and how should I go about doing it?

thanks,

Keeping them cool is a good thing, but I wouldnt overdo it. you also want a very quiet (electrically) motor that is very efficient (draws little current). I would arrange it to draw air out of the cabinet and not blow air on them.
