Hi, I'm a good ways through a lightning build. I have noticed a difference between the schem and layouts of trinity 15. On the el-84's schem shows pins 3 & 8 connected but on the layout no pin 8 connection is shown. Is it an internal connection in the tube or something. (I would just go check it but I don't have tubes yet). Thanks, Jeff

BTW: I'm new to the forum but have been lurking for a while. Thanks for all the info I've already gotten.
I decided I had to build this amp about 10 seconds into the soundclip with the tele.

Follow the layout. It is correct. Pins 1, 6, and 8 are internal connections.
