If I wanted to build a TC15 without the EF86 channel utilizing the current layout, other than eliminating V1 (ef86) and all of the circuitry on the tube socket, the contour switch and volume pot, do I simply move C8 to the ground rail, the preamp ground lug to R5 and eliminate C40 and R42? I'd like to retain the global cut. Based on perusing the schematic and layout docs, this seems to be the way to do it. Am I missing anything?

With a quick look Think you got it right . But looking at the long tails. Might want to look at making C8 a lager value like .1uf it seems its that value in most long tails

This might help
