After having some family and professional challenges to deal with, I have my TC15 build up and running. To say I'm pleased would be an understatement. This amp is exactly what I was looking for. I've been gassing for a Trinity kit for years, and now it's a reality. I learned a lot from the build, and the build guide and layout are excellent. The boys and I had a jam last night at the house, and they were over the moon with the sound the Trinity added to the mix. I use a Fryette Power station in my rig.... Add my Strymon Flint reverb pedal, and a little delay, and it's really sweet. Sounds great through my 2x12 loaded with Eminence Red Fang alnicos. For tubes I'm running all NOS. A Mullard EF86, GE 12ax7s, RCA 7189s in the power section, and a Mullard rectifier. The ONLY thing I want to tweak, would be to brighten up the EF86 channel a little. Seems kinda dark.....any suggestions guys?
Jim

Glad you are enjoying the TC-15. It looks really good inside and out.

To brighten the EF86 channel, try changing C39, the 180pF capacitor on the volume control. Try bigger values like 270pF or 500pF.

Bit late but just wanted to say that build looks great. Thank you for the excellent photos. Hope you got the brightness/dark issue sorted. Cheers Joe.
