Well, it's here and I'm going to have to set everything aside and build it. I can't resist. And well, hell, my choice :D
I'll get the package pics up later.
Coco wasn't kidding, the new faceplate is gorgeous. Also comes with white w/ black stripe, chicken head knobs. The combination is great.
Packed very well and drool status starts the minute you open the box..

The thread will be a complete pictorial build.
Gonna be fun :D :D

Taking pics really is a pain in the butt, but they're so fun to share.

Well, I finished the contour impedance switch. Coco, might have an easy time, but it took me a little while.
I got it . Pics on the way. Alot of caps and resisters for such a tiny switch, lol.

There will be more pics as soon as my hand gets more steady yet again
I'm back at it again. Had t0o stop for personal problems. Soldering the board now. The contour switch is done.
I decided to build the board and contour switch at the same time, then solder everything at one time. Seemed more efficient to me:D
Anyway, nice to be back to the amp, can't wait for the end.
Later :D

Pretty sweet, Jac. What the heck happened to all the resistors for V1 and V2?

Threy kept falling out. So they're off to the side, all ready to go. Ya know.
They're in know that the board is soldered. Not to mention wire everywhere :D

Hey all,

Moving alone fine. The board is finally in, 37 connections left, YEA.
Pulled me Fender Tele out. Time to re learn the guitar. Time to bleed., Going to be great. Can't wait for the amp.
I added the mismatch switch. Coco's OT is nice. Switch up position will be 5k the layout specs. Down, will be 8k. Can't wait to see what happens. Take new pics today. Hopefully not to bad.

Cheers,
Jac

Let's see if this works:

Okay this one isn't to bad. Here I show where I replaced the 68k's. I taped a new hole because I wanted them there.
You can attach em to the socket. I liked this better.
The builds starting to come along. :D
