Hi everyone.
I just completed my third amp build, my first two being a Gilmore Jr. 1/2-watt (
http://www.guytronix.com/) and a Trinity 18-watt sIII (Build thread is here if you're interested -

The cabinet was built by Stephen and I can't say enough about his customer service -- it's one of the reasons I went back a second time. He hand-delivered the amp kit in a snowstorm!
It took me about 10 hours total.
The sounds are all tweed -- from spanky cleans to full-on raunch (see clip above).
The power tubes are JJ 6V6, the pre-amp tubes are a JJ ECC 83 S and an Electro-Harmonix 12AY7 while the rectifier is a Sovtek 5Y3GT.
I might try to get my hands on a NOS rectifier for a little more of that sag when the amp gets pushed hard.
