Hello,

I have a Trinity Tweed deluxe that is very quiet when no cable is inserted into the input jacks however, whenever I do insert a cable it immediately has a more noticeable hum. Can anyone advise me as to what might be causing this and how to fix it? Thank you for any help/advice.

With no cable inserted, the amp will have a nice "normal" hum, when turned up, until it doesn't. Mapquest Directions

Check if the amplifier is properly wordle grounded. Make sure it's connected to a grounded electrical outlet.
