When the wires come through the eyelets bend them over so you have a short wire tag hanging over the eyelet to secure them in place. Here's a pic showing this on the first large filter cap on my Tramp board, there is a wire underneath the board to that point and you can see it's small tag end bent over to secure it before soldering. Note - This was a "Tramp" build I'm just using the pic to illustrate the technique.
Here's the same point after soldering with another Red wire added to the eyelet (slightly different angle, but you can see the same connection), once the eyelet is filled with solder, trim the little tags back level with the eyelet to clean it up. You can use the same technique for all the components. Just make sure you leave the soldering of eyelets where you have to add more wires until later when all the wires needed are in the eyelet, otherwise you will need to unsolder and resolder after adding the extra wires. That's where you need to think ahead and plan things out a bit.
