:D Well after triple checking as well as my bifocals would allow, it's up and running. No noise or hum and all controls functioning. I think however that my lack of biasing skill and my old Sylvania 6V6's are holding things back. I'm going out tonight to pickup a new set, probably JJ's or Tungsols at least as a reference set.
:?: Can someone confirm the bias switch position for 6V6's please?

Can't see pics

But to make sure your switch is in the correct setting use your dmm on the continuity setting. Make sure the Zener diode is not shorted (make sure there is not continuity across it). If it is shorted, flip your switch. Just check one more time again to conform its not shorted (out of the circuit).

Went through the layout again (with a magnifier) and noticed that I had missed the tiniest jumper off the 75K2W. Added that and everything seems to be working just fine. More testing tonight. Only noticable issue is that the overdrive pot seems to be a bit noisy.
