From time-to-time people have commented about the loudness of the 6V6 being a little quiet.
Here is something to try which will soon become our standard and it’s easy ...
1. Confirm that the feedback loop is connected to the 8 ohm impedance tap.
2. Replace the 22K feedback resistor with a 47K one.
This reduces the feedback voltage, increasing volume, frequency response and possibly some level of distortion. Let your ears decide.
