I am building my Tramp and the colour layout diagram shows that there is a 220K 2W resistor attached to both ends of BOTH the 50uF 500V capacitors C12 and C13 (are these the filter caps?). The lines are dashed so I am assuming that they are intended to be positioned on the back of the board with the jumper wires also shown as dashed lines.

My kit came with only one 220K 2W resistor. I looked at the schematic (not sure if I am reading it correctly) and it appears that only the C12 cap gets this resistor.

Can anyone help with this?

Those resistors are there to drain the filter caps slowly after power down. On the layout diagram you can see another one across the 33uf caps too! The fact that they are shown dashed, I think, is to show that they are optional. Since you have one, put it across C12 ( the first 50uf) and that will fulfill all the requirements.
