Such a cool little amp. Mine is the head kit - and after a couple of D-Oh's with missed connections, she fired right up, quiet and hum-free. I've tried 6V6, 6L6 and EL34's so far... has anyone tried a big tube, like a KT-88? I'd love to hear your opinion before investing $45 or more for the tube and 1k 5-watt resistor required!
