Hello everyone,
I ordered a Tramp kit almost 4 years ago, got started and never completed it, so it has sat up on the shelf. Finally able to get some time to finish it, collected all the parts from the kit except one...turns out that I've lost/misplaced the 5-ohm 1 watt resistor that is part of the VRM circuit. RadioShack in my area has 10R 1 watt metal oxide film resistors in a 2-pack (catalog # 2710151) in stock. Any problem with me running 2 of these in parallel for R20 instead of ordering the 5R from Mouser and delaying this project another week? I'm so close to finishing this build...really hoping this is a viable solution.

The parallel combination will give you a 5R 2W resistor.
