Hello fellow Trinity builders! Was wondering if anyone has used a rectifier tube instead of the diodes that come standard with the Tramp kit. The power transformer appears to have the necessary leads. I’m still somewhat new to building so any information on how to connect the leads would be appreciated. Would I just use the 5v leads for a rectifier tube and run the B+ out of that as well instead of the leads being used for the diodes? Curious to hear the difference after changing to a tube. Definitely a cool amp either way,tho!
