Is it a good idea to keep those 5W resistors (screen?) under the power tube sockets? I thought that was bad practice as they can get pretty hot.

I'd be tempted to go for a Trinity 45 as a kit, but I'd rather the Bluesbreaker version with Tremolo. It's on my "to build" list at some point, but a bunch of other stuff has depleted the mad money fund this year (but Cuba rocked... :D).

Fact that they are 5W means they run cool ans so they dont get that hot.
