Can anybody recommend a good one? Cubase LE does not include one unless you upgrade.

I tried "winLAME" and it worked fine, simple, was fast and is free. Thanks for the lead.

Another good one is CDEX. I've been using it for years.

There's another neat app called "Switch" that will convert between many formats & works quite well. I use it for coverting .wma's to something sensible! :)
