I have made some simple and complex boards over the years. From small relay boards to high wattage amps. I etched and drilled them my self.

I was wondering what others are doing when they need a PC board for a project. We need small quantities of boards (OD, Boost, etc.) and are looking for a new technique or reasonably priced supplier.

Thoughts?

Stephen, I just did the film transfer method for the first time last week and it worked really well. There's a tutorial for all types of home-brew boards here:

Press n Peel Blue and ferric chloride is what I use when I etch

this is the first on a google search looks like $5 for a 2x2in two layer pcb.

I'm sure if you started bulk ordering and looking around seriously ( like i said, ive spent less than 5min on this) you can find better companies/pricing.
