It's an old famous picture of Eddie Van Halen with the most recent picture of Eddie Van Halen (from some awards show) superimposed over the face.

Over at HC.com there were quite a few threads at how disgusting EVH was looking recently....teeth looked all rotted out, looked like he had osteoperosis...basically, he looked worse than keith richards on the bad day.

I hang at another guitar forum that's kind of a rough place. It's like the biker bar of guitar forums. One of the guys there has this in his sig! I cried when I saw this.
