My summer session of classes ended last week, so Saturday I thought to myself, "Ok, time to make a decision." And like the good little, "Hmm? Mayber there's another option?" type thinker I am, I decided to open up the D Lite schematic I have in my schematics folder and started comparing it to my Two-Rock schem.

Hmm, V1 looks pretty similar....values are different though. Wow, V2, again, a mirror image with different values. V3?

And so it went. As it turns out, the D Lite is everything I've been looking for. Lower wattage, and a mirror image of the Custom Reverb if you just plug in the correct values. Some of the tone shaping options are omitted, but I didn't want them anyway.

So I sat down again after going to kinkos to print the layout. Pulled out the white-out and started marking the values used by Two-Rock.

And what did I end up with? An order placed at mouser.com

Oh, haha, that may not make sense. "Why not just build from the schem you have???"

Because I can't turn them into layouts yet Now I have a layout to plug the correct values into.

Sounds excellent. I could do a layout for this if you wanted. It would take some time to get it done, but there's the offer.

Thanks, Coco. That's really cool. I'm actually happy with this though. It's going to be a lower wattage Two-Rock, which is what I was looking for. It might make a sweet Trinity Kit though

Maybe we should make one and audition it!
