 Post subject: Tryfly PCB build

Building a Trifly as my first tube amp build. I got everything together and powered up but I'm not getting proper voltage at C. B+ is ~280V but after the 22k resistor I'm only getting ~12V. My meter says the resistor is fine though. Should I just replace it even though it reads fine?

EDIT: Figured it out. Bad smoothing cap. What are the chances. Changed it out and all is well.

This is a good article because there are many tips and also many advices that will be very useful to me.
