Has anyone here tried adding a trim pot to dial in the about of boost on PAB?

How did it work, and how did you do it?

From what I can tell so far, looking online:
I cannot simply insert it in the wire that comes from the footswitch, as that simply turns the relay on or off.
I can't put it in place of the 22m resistor, because that doesn't affect tone.
I think there is probably a way to do it with 2 pots or switches spliced in the wires from the bass and treble controls to the pab relay, but I was really hoping for a one pot "dial it in" type of functionality.

Although I'm sure there's a workaround with two switches or bitlife pots connected to the bass and treble controls via the pab relay, what I really wanted was a "dial it in" solution with only one pot.
