Hi Trinity forum,
I have a kit built OSD that i assembled over a year ago.
Its my favorite amp out of the 9 I have. I have noticed that the volume pot is absolutely silent when thr volume is changed when not pulled out for the bright setting but once I engaged thr bright with the pot pulled out its is extremely scratchy if I touch or adj the volume. Does anyone have any insight or suggestions on next steps to remedy this? I have double and triple checked thr build to thr layout and I dont see any discrepancies. PS my amp also has the triolator installed. Thanks for your time and help!

You can use a contact cleaner spray to clean the volume pot, especially the area where the bright setting engages. This can often resolve scratchiness caused by dirt or oxidation.
