Hi, just finished my OSD build today. Only issue i have is when taking the amp out of standby, i get a loud hum through the speaker, this is without OD or Boost turned on. Would greatly appreciate some help. If i turn on OD the hum gets alot quiter, boost doesnt seem to effect it much. Volumes do kinda effect it. If i turn OD Volume and Master volume off it will go away, but if either is turned on, hum is loud. B4 voltages are a little low at 303 and B5 voltages low at 295

I got it figured out. I did not run the footswitch ground wire to the ground lug then on to the ground on the board. I had ran it straight to the board. I had assumed the diagram was just a straight line to the board.

Happy to hear you found the problem. I find the OSD to be remarkably quiet - even with the OD turned up. It's a great amp.
