Hi!
Thanks for sharing pictures and very good sound samples of your very nice triton build. I have built the same kit, and have some questions to you about the tube swap you have done.I think it is difficult to hear the difference between the 6L6 and the 6V6 on the recording.
On my amp there is no significant difference at all when I did the tube swap. Do you have any notes to share from the power measurements you probably take when you did the swap?
The measurements in the builders plan from trinity only refers to the 5 W option, so I wonder if something is faulty in my amp.
I have ordered a new 6L6 to try and see if there’s a difference. May be the tube itself is the problem.
Thanks!

6L6 vs. 6V6: 6L6 tubes have a bigger, fuller sound with a tighter low end, while 6V6 tubes have a warmer, more mid-focused tone. The differences can be subtle, especially in recordings, so a side-by-side comparison in a live setting is usually necessary.
