Hi all,
I finished my first kit build last night and thought I'd post a few gut pics.

My previous kit experience is 12-14 stomp boxes from GeneralGuitarGadgets and B.Y.O.C. and lots of wah mods.

Many thanks to Stephen and everyone who has shared their experience and pictures, between the provided instructions and all the great info on this forum, I was able to get my kit up and running without a hitch (probably beginners luck)

The only mishap was that I had the two wires to the fuse holder backwards so when I first hit the power it popped the fuse, once I sorted that out it fired right up.

I'm seriously blown away by the tone of this thing, I put it through an early seventies Marshall 4x12 bottom I have with the original GH30's
and it really thumps.

I've only been able to play it for an hour or so but it's got the big plexi vibe!

I'll try to get some sound clips up in a few days.

I am envious of your wiring! Looks really good to a newbie like me who also started after building a few pedals. If mine turns out as well I will be so happy.

Thanks for the pics and it would be awesome to hear some sound pics of your sIII plexi through your cab.

Thanks peerless - I was pretty inspired by the wiring in some of the boutique
pedals I have or have seen. I tried to make it as nice and tidy as possible.

I've had a chance to play it for a couple of hours more and I'm kind of in shock at how kick ass it sounds, and that I was actually able to pull off building it which really shows how well thought out the kit is!

Best of luck finishing up yours, if you like the plexi sound I think you'll be
really happy, I've owned and played a lot of amps and this is one of the best sounding "Marshalls" I've ever played.

Have fun!
