hi every body
there are a problem with my friend sIII
when he turn the power on he has no sound at all

his resistor R20 become very hot and colored like burns and his capacitor C10 was dead ! after replacing the caps same problem !

i suspect the power tubes but i would like to check all of the voltages in his amp

this is my questions

to compare with the voltages charts do i check my voltages with no tube at all ( no rectifier power and preamp ) or with rectifier only instaled ?

on the charts is this all DC voltages ?

where do i measure the B+ on the chassi with tubes and no tube instaled ?

and finaly could you tell me the what is for R20 and C10 ?

thanks for help

ps my sIII ( the second one ) work great amazing sound and wonderfull bass !!

I think the power tubes or one, is bad. Try your tubes in the amp.
