Measure the cathode pin voltages on V1 i.e. pin 3, 8 and on V2 pin 3.

Should be 0.9 ~ 1.5 VDC. if not check the grounds from the cathode resistors.

So, it's up & running! The problem was that the 470 R (470 ohm) resistor on the phase inverter was interchanged with a 470K beside it.

Any other comments jcr?
