My 18 sounds awsome! except it sounds like my tubes are shaking or viberating and is amplified through my speaker. it does it on all inputs I can tell you this.

My sozo caps are oriented different directions on the board

The picture I provided the black wires are the insulated wires from my inputs and my gain pot.

My pots are pointing downwards which mean i had to kind of wire the pots backwards

I can tell when i poke around with a chopstick the preamp tubes make the most sound and when i tap wires the wires going to the board from the tubes make the most sound and None of the wire from the transformers make any noise.

sounds most likely you have bad tubes. If you have additional tubes try switching out. Maybe someone else is faster, I'll look but I'm sure there 's a thread for this around here :D :D :D :D
Also, a straight on shot of your amp instead of a side shot would help alot     :D :D :D

How goes the troubleshooting? Does the problem persist or have you sorted it out?

Really sounds like Microphonic tubes. Swap V3 with V1 & see if it helps. You need to find a good solid tube for V1 & V2
