When Moving the 470k down to the V3 pin 2, how do you configure the wiring for the space left by the resistor, and the .022uf cap?
Do we just jumper the space to the intersect of the cap then a single wire to V3? or 2 leads from the board to the pin?

Use a short terminal strip & go direct to tha socket from that.
