Hi
starting my 18 watt build will post pictures soon.

I noticed one of the caps on the layout the .68uF is pictured as a yellow I am assuming supposed
to be a sozo mustard. My kit only has a white .68uF cap not sure of the brand. Is this a mistake?

No. The cathode bypass cap is a Mallory because it is not in the signal path. It is not as critical critical cap.
