Where does the OT centre tap go to? Normally off the first node? How did you scale that?
Would an extra cap filter before at the VRM do the same thing?

I don't have the amp handy but if I remember its like this. Also don't know if i did it the "way" its supposed to be done . But on the other hand its working

Only the circuits after the VRM are controlled. Your plates are fed by the Centre tap of the output transformer so it should work.
Did you find you needed the .1 uf across the first 32uf cap?

as for the 100 nf prolly not just fell victim to esr and diode noise hype
