Hi, I'm new to this, building a tmb and reached the stage where I've installed the rectifier (only) and checking for B+. I'm reading 445VDC for B+ but the schematic tells me it should be 350VDC.. All my plate volatges are in the 440VDC range. Is my rectifier working properly? Is there a way to check if the rectifier is working correctly?

Once all the other tubes are in and a speaker is connected the B+ will drop.

What you are seeing is normal

Thanks for the quick response. Installed all tubes and speaker, getting better results.
