Stephen, any way to implement the Vactrols for something like this, or drive the MOSFET with an external control voltage of some sort?
Ahhhh, I'd stick with the roadie and the beer... Simple is better :wink:

This isn't probably the best place to post this, but a certain Canadian amp builder who runs a company whose name is an English city :roll:
has a system that is remotable and switchable ect. I'm actually surprised Coco has'nt signed on as a dealer!

This past summer I saw Tom Scholz of Boston use this effect live for a very loud sound at a relatively low volume on a few of those production/transition songs (i.e. The Journey/It's Easy, Foreplay/Long Time). He naturally uses his own Rockman® gear so it's probably easier to turn it down and sound the same. Not so easy for the tube heads :lol:
