I am trying to debug my first build. Other than a little squeal when rolling up the treble knobs(which I have yet to do anything about), the amp sounded great. No odd sounds, very minimal hiss. I was very happy.

I didn't touch the amp for 5 days, came back, plugged it in and I now have nothing. No sounds, no hiss, no crackling...nothing. I've re-checked voltages, re-checked solder joints, replaced all tubes...but still nothing.

Before I go too far, my specific question is about the impedance switch. When I check the switch un-wired, it seems to be working correctly between A and 1,2 and 3. Once I wire the lines from the OT to the switch and A to the Output jacks, I'm getting continuity between A and all points(1,2, and 3), no matter which position the switch is in, as if all ohm settings are running to the output jacks simultaneously and constant. This doesn't seem right...

You are just seeing the windings on the o/p tranny. It's probably just a few ohms at DC between all the windings.
