I built a Plexi, it sounds great, but when I dime the Plexi channel on the high input, it squeals. THis is driving me bonkers!!!

Please let me know if you see anything.

Before you ask, Yes, tried reversing the OT leads.

I cant see anything inherently wrong with the build. It squeals when you dime th e gain pot.

Make sure the grounds are good, especially on the 100K resistor gain pot.

Is this with the chassis installed in a cabinet? And if yes, is the bottom of the cabinet/chassis shielded in any way?

I had a bit of squealing with my Triwatt even after all my tweaks and discovered that it disappeared when in the cabinet (which I had shielded with aluminum tape). Had the same experience with my 2204 build. I had no problems with my sIII or the 18w Plexi I built for Fortis.

As Stephen says, double check your grounds also.
