First thing is the normal channel the plexi lead and if so can i voice the tmb side like the
sIII which is supposed to be like a jtm45 so i get the best of both.
On normal channel i'm thinking of lowering the gain, what would be a good way of
doing it.
Thanks.

You can use the sIII normal channel configuration for the norm. ch. triode. The Plexi bypass cap is huge compared to the sIII. That would be a start.

Can you tell me if the normal channel is the plexi or is it the tmb the only reason i
am confused is the layout diagram says tmb is plexi and on the schematic it said it's
the normal channel.
Also can you tell me where the cap is you describe as i'm still trying to understand
this stuff.
Thanks.

Normal Channel is the Tone-Volume channel. The other has Treble, Mid & Bass controls.
the cap is the 220uf on the end of the board.

I think what he's asking Stephen, is which channel is Plexi voiced? If I'm not mistaken it's the normal ( vol, tone) channel...right?

They kindof both are, so that you get a brighter and a darker channel, you can jumper together and mix the volume levels of, like with a big Marshall Plexi.

Also sounds to me like it would be a bit of pity to reduce that beautiful gain in the TMB channel....
