Hello Trinity Amp Fans,

I am wanting to begin gathering together supplies for my first amp build. I don't have a lot of tools and equipment but I would like to begin an 18watt build this fall.

What would you recommend? One major item will be the soldering iron and I am not sure what is a good quality one, that would meet my requirements without spending more than is necessary etc.

Couldn't locate a link or forum topic. If I missed it and you can direct me to it that would be cool.

I've been using a 45 watter from Radio Shack on my last 3 builds. All I've done is changed the tip before each build. You're going to get a million answers but I wouldn't sweat it.
