Finished this thing this morning and it sounds amazing.

Sweet. Inspiring too! Mine will be red, but with white and gold piping, when it's done too. Gives a nice idea.

Thanks. The build was really straight forward with just one glitch. The TMB channel didn't work straight away and the voltages were off in the preamp, especially in V2 but a little in V1 and V3. When measuring the voltages there was crackling in the speaker but no noise could be induced through the input jacks. Anyway, long story short I got very lucky and noticed that I had hooked pin 7 of V2 to B+ instead of pin 6. Once this error was corrected all of the preamp voltages fell into place and the thing worked. If you zoom in on this image, you can see the error.
