It is my second built and I wanted to get some info on what speakers to choose for a 2x12 Tremolo 18W.
I was thinking Celestion Blue + Celestion G12H30 55Hz (wanted to look out for something from the 70ies), what do you think?

In my Plexi I have the G12H30 55Hz Heritage and I am still amazed after one year mostly. Thanks zaphod for the suggestion!!
It is such a nice speaker! I love the tone, IMHO it is so much better than the Greenback.

But I was also thinking what about a combination from Tone Tubby, WGS or something else?
What is your experience so far in the 2x12 departement? What are/were your choices and why?

That is the setup I use for both of my 2X12 cabinets exactly. You will be very happy with that combo I'm sure!

Using a Tone Tubby Cabinet - 1 Ceramicc & 1 Alnico - called the Bomb - is a great combination.

I use a 2x12 cab with a Vintage 30 and an Eminence Red Coat Governor which sounds identical and is cheaper in price only. In the 4x12 Marshall Cab there are 4 - 2x12 Vintage 30s with a stereo setup - I changed the wiring so its stereo up and down instead of side to side. That way I can use the upside in Church like a monitor more or less... Just more choices.
