Thought I would share some deviations I believe I've found between the layout (v6 Plexi - Dual Power Tube with Boost Rev 5) and the schematic (v6 Plexi - Dual Power Tube with Boost Rev 8 ) as I'm completing my current build.

1) Layout: C1 = .022uF
1) Schematic: C1 = .0047uF

2) Layout: C16 = 220uF
2) Schematic: C16 = 47uF

3) Layout: C19 = Could not locate
3) Schematic: C19 = .0047uF

4) Layout: Contains 500pF cap between tabs on volume pot (Normal Channel)
4) Schematic: Could not locate

All the parts I've installed have been per the layout design since those were the parts I received in the kit (including C15 - .022uF cap for alternate tone stack). Cheers!
