Amp is running good, no hum hiss or smoke so I need to install the VRM but at 240V. Wiring in the PT was different to 120V with the standby switch so any suggestions of how to do this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

How was the sby switch wired differently than the 120 v version?

Might be wrong in this but the only difference should be wiring the power switch for 240v

vrm wiring should be the same as 120 v :hmmm:

VRM wiring is the same. You modulate the B+
The VRM control has a switch built in to replace the power switch.

I'm a little out of my depth here. What do you mean by modulate Stephen? Thanks.

Further problem is I've lost/mislaid the 5R 2W resistor. I need to get another but UK only seems to have 4.7ohm or 5.6 ohm. Any help would be gladly appreciated.

modulate means just to adjust it. 4.6 R will do.
