Coco, I have copper wire extra from when I ran a 220 dryer line. Will this work as buss wire for your board design? :? just asking.

That's what I use, if it is small gauge I twist two bits together to give it strength.

Probably will. You can also use the solid copper from standard 14 guage house wiring cable.
