does any know where i can buy 560pf,180pf,56pf in a mallory 150 style capacitor.Matchless and Badcat use them,i do not like silver micra they seem too harsh.

Havent seen such Mallorys. Smallest value I've actually seen is 0.0005 mfd/630V in a Metalized Polypropylene Film axial.

Have you tried Polystyrene Film "Tubular axials"

Those were the same clear polystyrene caps as on my old Orange OR 50 head on the F.A.C. control. 4 or 5 position switch. I can't remember.

I have used Silver Mica to replace Ceramic disk caps of the same value with very good results.

Has anyone tried the axials available from "Just Radios" yet?

I've used quite a few polystyrene film caps and they sound great. Plus they're stock items at Mouser (or at least they used to be).
