Is there a synopsis out there for converting the TMB side of an sIII to the plexi? Is there a layout that shows the component changes?

You just need to compare the Plexi to the sIII layout. If you plan on changing both channels here is the list.

Coupling caps in the TMB channel; the tone control caps on the normal channel.
