Hi I've been trouble shooting my sIII and playing off and on. I've noticed that the tone controls (Bass,Middle,Treble) seem to add more of a presence rather than major changes in tone. Is this part of the 18 watt tone or do I have more trouble shooting to do? JGK

They should accentuate the T, M & B frequencies if connected up properly.

I may have something wired wrong but I've been through the tone stack twice and it appers to right I just find the changes less dramatic than with most amps I've owned. I've got time to tinker soon. JGK

JGK,

I had a similar problem when I built my V6, seemed like all I would get was a little treble boost, no bass or mid. Turn's out I had the tone pot's reversed. :oops:
