hello

i have a question about the wiring of the neon on 240 VAC higth voltage layout

do I wire the 240 VAC from the transformer ( bk/red ) on the pwr switch lug and wire a jumper from the same lug to one lug of the neon ?

( and the other lug of the neon is wired with the 120 VAV from the transformer )?
